Weekly
Weekly cleaning works well for busy residents who don’t have time to get to maintain the cleaning we do on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. The cost-per-clean is the cheapest option compared to a bi-weekly or monthly visit.
BI-WEEKLY
Bi-weekly cleaning is the most popular option for our customers with time to do basic maintenance of our cleaning like sweeping and vacuuming, wiping down the kitchen or keeping the bathrooms sparkling.
MONTHLY
If you’re able to keep on top of day to day tasks involved in keeping your condo clean but need help with a deeper clean once a month, this frequency is for you.

We have 3 types of cleaning packages but you can always customize your cleaning depending on your needs.
Basic Condo Cleaning
Kitchen Cleaning
- Cleaning countertops
- Cleaning sinks interior and faucet exterior
- Cleaning exterior of oven
- Cleaning exterior of fridge
- Cleaning interior and exterior of microwave
- Cleaning stove top
- Sweeping and mopping of floor
- Cleaning exterior of cupboard doors
Living Room
- Dusting of all surfaces
- Dusting of light fixtures where reachable
- Dusting and wiping down of furnishings
- Vacuuming any carpeted areas and/mopping of any floors
Bathroom
- Cleaning and disinfecting of toilet interior and exterior
- Cleaning and disinfecting of shower including glass
- Cleaning and disinfecting of sink area and countertops including exterior cabinets
- Cleaning of mirrors
- Sweeping and mopping of floor
Bedroom
- Dusting of bedroom furniture
- Cleaning of any mirrors
- Dusting of any ledges
- Vacuuming of carpet areas and/mopping floor
Extras
All areas with carpeting will be vacuumed and all ledges will be dusted

- Make beds if clean linens are provided. Tenant can leave linens drying and housekeeper will take them and fix bedding

- All areas with carpeting will be vacuumed and all ledges will be dusted
- Dusting of all baseboards
